We are Currently Enrolling for 26/27 learning year.

​ Please submit the registration form below for each child you wish to participate in the Blooming program. Please note that this is our first form in the enrollment process. Please only submit this form if you are planning to enroll with us.   Our team will follow up with you via email to schedule a personalized call and  to finalize your registration with payment.

We can't wait for your family to join us on this AMAZING journey of fun and education!! This form is for families who are committed to joining us for the learning year. This form is ONLY for families who are enrolling in the Blooming microschool progam. Payment invoices are sent via email upon receiving registration form.  If you are registering for multiple children, please be sure to submit a registration form for EACH individual child that you are enrolling.​
